I’ll start with the seats: they have completely changed how the seats are designed. They are far more supportive and have these really nice cushion-like supports all over them. There’s even extra padding for a headrest. The canopies: these things are HUGE! The best I’ve come across. Also redesigned in the 2011 model. They are now ratcheting and seem to go even further forward. The peek-a-boo window on the top now covers the entire top of the canopy – allowing you to see the whole child. Overall: I love the new design. They’ve changed the fabric and it is much nicer. It also appears to repel water & moisture well.

Reclining will allow your tired tots to relax more and even give them enough comfort to fall asleep. And when your children are active and awake, you can easily lift the each seat back to the upright position. And the final comfort feature of the stroller is canopy. The canopies are large enough to protect your child from the sun on extremely hot days. And with all comfort features, the canopy can be moved together or separately.

It is sturdy and offers the kids a comfortable ride. But the biggest pleaser is it’s maneuverability! It starts, stops and swivels without any effort on my part! It opens and closes without any effort as well. It is a bit heavy to lift, but doable, and fits nicely in the trunk of my car.

Child weight: They are 42 and 44 lbs respectively and it’s not any problem for me to push them in this stroller.
Child height: Their weight is not an issue, and their heights are not an issue. As far as some have said with the black thin fabric over the head and tall kids not fitting, I disagree. It flattens down a little and you could put a blanket behind their head to smooth it over if need be. Not a big deal by any means.

I did TONS of research on the previous model, Kolcraft Contours Tandem, and I loved everything about it. So I was ready to buy the original model used from someone but then I found that they had a NEW model and had improved all the minor things that some of the ladies complained about the first model (canopy not tall enough, seats not deep enough, no cup holders for toddlers, etc.) I gave in and bought it new and WOW I love it! Kids have the same unobstructed view and it’s narrow enough to fit through standard doorways. It drives very smoothly and you can make sharp turns very easily. It’s very lightweight and easy to push and it’s made of very sturdy material. You can even change a diaper on the seat. A child can nap because of the nice recline. There’s a big basket on the bottom to put a ton of things under there and you can make good use of the nice size pockets behind the seat as well. It is super easy to fold up. It’s a one fold move and it sits all the way flat once you fold it. That means it doesn’t take up much trunk space at all! I love it. I absolutely can’t say enough good things about this stroller! It was worth the money.

The stroller handles great, it turns very easily.
